The Effective Business Communication course is ideal for those who wish to gain an understanding of the principles and practice of effective business communication. It is designed to equip students with the knowledge of good practice with a variety of communication methods, to select appropriate communication methods and identify ways of improving their own personal communication skills
This course has been independently accredited as being equivalent to level 2 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) which means it is comparable to a GCSE.
