The Managing Stress course is designed for those who wish to gain a better understanding of stress and the practice of managing it. The course discusses how people respond to stress, coping techniques, the role of relaxation in managing the symptoms of stress as well as the role of nutrition and diet.


This course has been independently accredited as being equivalent to level 2 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) which means it is comparable to a GCSE.
