Course Overview
The Valuing Diversity in the Workplace course is designed for those who wish to gain an understanding of principles and practice of valuing diversity in the workplace. The course examines the legal, regulatory and ethical considerations brought about by the changing society within which we live and to promote best practice in adopting, encouraging and managing diversity.
This course has been independently accredited as being equivalent to level 2 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) which means it is comparable to a GCSE.
